1. Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Sprock Games, operated by James Massari in Victoria, Australia. By installing, accessing or using Mythic Idle, sprockgames.com or an associated online feature, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to them on your behalf. Mythic Idle is not directed to children under 13.
2. Limited licence and ownership
Subject to these Terms, Sprock Games grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use Mythic Idle for private, non-commercial entertainment.
Mythic Idle, Sprock Games branding, software, game systems, text, artwork, characters, music if later added, and other content are owned by or licensed to Sprock Games and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
3. Game progress, virtual items and availability
Game progress, virtual currency, equipment, items, pets, scores, entitlements and other game content are licensed digital features. They have no cash value, are not property or currency, and may not be sold, transferred or redeemed except where a feature expressly permits it.
Mythic Idle is designed to save progress locally and may offer optional cloud saving. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and Google account. We use reasonable care, but cannot promise that every save can be recovered following device failure, storage clearing, account changes, software defects or third-party service outages.
We may balance, update, add, remove or modify game systems and content to maintain, improve or secure the game. We will take reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary loss of legitimate progress, but compatibility or balance changes may affect items, statistics, rewards or availability.
4. Purchases and refunds
The supplied Mythic Idle build has no active in-app purchase system. If a release offers a purchase, the price and content will be shown before purchase and payment will be processed by Google Play or another authorised store. Store terms, refund rules, taxes and payment methods also apply.
Except where required by law or the applicable store’s policy, completed digital purchases are non-refundable once supplied. If a paid entitlement is not delivered, contact support@sprockgames.com with the order reference, without sending full payment-card information.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the game or website unlawfully, fraudulently or to harm another person;
- interfere with servers, security, leaderboards, cloud saves or another user’s experience;
- upload an offensive, deceptive, impersonating or rights-infringing public display name;
- use automation, exploits or modified clients to manipulate online rankings, purchases or services;
- reverse engineer, decompile, distribute or commercially exploit the game except to the extent permitted by applicable law;
- introduce malware, scrape restricted systems or attempt unauthorised access.
We may remove public leaderboard entries, restrict online features or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address cheating, abuse, security risk or a breach of these Terms.
6. Third-party services
Mythic Idle may interact with Google Play, Google Play Games Services, Cloudflare, public time services and, if enabled, Firebase. Those services are controlled by third parties and may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability and account requirements. Sprock Games is not responsible for third-party outages or changes beyond our reasonable control.
7. Updates and support
You may need to install updates to continue using online or store-connected features. We may discontinue a feature or the game where reasonably necessary. Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis through sprockgames.com/support/.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mythic Idle and the website are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of online services, compatibility with every device, or that the game will be free from all errors.
Where a statutory guarantee applies and liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law. For services, that may include supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sprock Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunity, or loss of data arising from your use of the game or website. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot be excluded.
10. Termination
You may stop using Mythic Idle at any time and remove local data by clearing app storage or uninstalling. We may terminate or restrict access to online features for material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk or legal compliance. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers and limitations—continue to apply.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the game, services or law. The current version will be published at this URL with a revised date. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional rules, courts located in Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
