1. Who we are and the scope of this policy
Sprock Games, operated by James Massari in Victoria, Australia (“Sprock Games”, “we”, “us” or “our”), develops and publishes games and related services. This policy applies to sprockgames.com, our games and applications, email support, and connected features unless a separate product notice states otherwise. Mythic Idle is currently the principal product covered by the game-specific sections below.

2. Information we handle

Information we do not intentionally request
Mythic Idle does not require access to precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, SMS, call logs or health information for its core gameplay. It does not use an advertising identifier for advertising in the supplied build.
Analytics and crash reporting
The supplied build contains internal event call sites but the analytics transport is a no-op stub and does not send analytics events to Sprock Games. We will update this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration before enabling a production analytics or crash-reporting service.
Website data
This website does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies and does not contain an embedded tracking form. When you visit it, Cloudflare may process standard web request and security data such as IP address, request time, browser information and requested URL to deliver and protect the site.
3. Third-party services and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by the following providers when their relevant feature is used:
- Google Play Games Services for optional sign-in and cloud saves.
- Google Play Billing if a future release offers purchases through Google Play.
- Google Firebase Realtime Database only if a public leaderboard is enabled.
- WorldTimeAPI and TimeAPI.io for current UTC time requests used by the anti-clock-manipulation feature.
- Cloudflare for website delivery, security and network operation.
We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, investigate fraud or security issues, protect users or Sprock Games, or complete a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
4. Retention
- Local game data remains until you reset it, clear the app’s storage or uninstall the app. Uninstall behaviour may vary if Android backup or Google Play cloud save is enabled.
- Cloud-save data is retained while the feature remains connected or until deletion is completed through the applicable provider or a verified request.
- Leaderboard entries, when enabled, remain until removed or the leaderboard service is retired.
- Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, maintain security records, comply with law and establish or defend legal claims.
5. Your choices, access and deletion
Mythic Idle does not currently require a separate Sprock Games account. You may still remove or request deletion of game-related data:
- Delete local game data through Android’s app storage controls or an available in-game reset option.
- Disconnect optional Google Play cloud save in the game where that control is available.
- Request deletion of cloud-save or leaderboard data by following the steps at sprockgames.com/delete-data/.
- Disable notifications in the game or Android system settings.
Some data is controlled directly by Google or another provider. We will assist where reasonably possible, but you may also need to use that provider’s account or privacy controls.
6. Children
Mythic Idle is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The target audience selected in Google Play should exclude age groups that the released game, its content and its enabled services are not designed to support. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information may contact us for assistance.
7. International processing
Third-party providers may process information in Australia, the United States or other countries where they or their infrastructure operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws. We use reputable service providers and limit information to what is needed for the relevant feature.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information, including HTTPS for network transfers and data minimisation. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy of personal information. You may also have the right to complain to a privacy regulator. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify a request and protect other users.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game, law or our services change. We will publish the updated version at this URL and change the “last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or store listing.
